Creativity is one of the top three most important skill for any job-seeker and employee. Being creative is much more than being talented in arts or having the ability to daydream the next best thing, but the ability to solve problem in a unique type of way.
Some people are of the opinion that creative is something you are either born with it or you are not. Like most other ability you developed by learning, creativity can unquestionably be learnt. Just like anything else, in order to learn how to be more creative, you have to practice.
Here are three ways to practice to hone your creativity skill.
Think Outside The Box
Creativity is all about using your imagination to come up with great ideas. People who are less creative see the world as a sequence of events happening to them, while people who are more creative inquire why the world is the way it is. The more inquiries you make about the world around you, the more creative you become.
Experience Life in Many Different Ways as Possible
A unique way to do this is to travel, but you can also get experience by having single conversation with someone in your everyday life who has experienced things you have not. Interact with people around you. Make inquiries. Develop your creativity ideas by living your life in an open and curious way.
Read Lots of Books
Hone your creativity skill by reading lots of books both fiction and non-fictions. Non-fiction books are true-life events, while fiction are bore out of imaginations.
