Having the ability to solve problems is crucial not just for the identification of a problem, they also help you identify the root cause(s) of a problem; thus, finding a way to implement a solution.
2. Critical Thinking
Critical thinking represents your ability to evaluate and interpret information to make proper judgment.
3. Adaptability
Adaptability skills are sets of skills that describe your ability to adjust to change. Being adaptable is reflected on your ability to rapidly learn new skills and adapt to a new environment quickly. Hence, adaptability means you are able to quickly respond to change.
4. Leadership
Leadership skill isn’t for managers and supervisors alone. As a transferable skill, leadership points to employee ability to collaborate effectively on a project and get a team to follow through and accomplish shared goals.
5. Teamwork
Interestingly, teamwork skill is one of the most sought-after skills in the workplace. As a result, it is made up of other transferable skills such as problem-solving, communication, time management and critical thinking. On the job creativity is about how you approach tasks and how you approach problems. It is the ability to think about a task or a problem in a new or different way, or the ability to use the imagination to generate new ideas. Hence, creativity aids you find interesting ways to approach tasks.
