One of the characteristics of a smart goal is its measurability. Be sure you have a working and accurate plan for measuring your progress as you proceed.
#5. Performance
As you proceed with your action plan, it is necessary to reevaluate your performance to ensure that they meet set targets at every stage. If they do not, try to figure out why and come up with solutions for better performance.
