Motivation is the key to more productive outcome, whether self or received motivation.
Imaging going to were your construction work is ongoing, everybody seriously working. And you said to them; wow!!, nice one, good work, Keep it up. Just watch and see the reactions from their face. That will even cause them to finish the work quick and perfect. Just because of the motivation they received from the boss.
