PSI Nigeria is Hiring: Technical Learning Consultant
PSI Nigeria is a dynamic platform implementing cutting edge programming to improve women’s access to vital reproductive health services. Currently they are implementing two fast-paced and highly innovative sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) projects, both of which include robust learning and documentation components that will lead to anticipated larger investments.
As the Technical Learning Consultant, you will have the opportunity to be a part of fast-paced, complex, and catalytic SRHR programs – one that is focused on evolving our value proposition to a loosely aligned network of private healthcare providers, and the other that is focused on generating learnings from insights and prototypes that will eventually serve as the basis for landed interventions.
PSI Nigeria is looking for a seasoned, creative, and collaborative person with a solid background in SRHR monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) to join their team – someone who has demonstrated previous success in this area.
Requirements
PSI is looking for a highly ambitious individual with a passion in public health, willing and able to learn by doing in a very demanding position.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. Business Management, Logistics, Supply chain management; Procurement, Finance)
- As well as minimum of 7+ years relevant experience in similar-sized organization
- Applicants must also be proficient in English
- To be deemed eligible, you should have experience in managing multiple projects, as well as integrated programs in a highly demanding environment.
- Applicants must also have experience with operational and supply chain management of large donor funded programs.
- As well as have excellent communication, and writing skills,
- A team builder with excellent people skills; culturally sensitive and have the ability and interest to identify and work with a multicultural and diverse team.
- Strong leadership skills; Planning and organization skills, Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent analytical and quick problem-solving skills.
- Great PowerPoint skills – able to ‘translate’ ideas/takeaways from discussions into professional-grade outputs.
- Highly organized, creative, proactive, problem solving and a self-starter.
