Youth Speak: Let your Voice be Heard
The purpose of this dialogue is to foster collaboration and mutual understanding with young people, as key stakeholders in the development of this country. Nigeria, being the most populous country in Africa has one of the largest populations of youth in the world. This is a critical mass that cannot be ignored in any effort towards nation building.
This year ushered the United Nations Nigeria and other development partners into a decade of action. Given this mandate, one of the specific outcomes we envision through this dialogue is a better understanding of the focus areas of youth; how to address and raise awareness around concerns and to collectively create strategies that can tackle key issues.
Join the Deputy Secretary-General, Amina J. Mohammed, Hon. Dame Pauline Kedem Tallen; Federal Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development and Hon. Sunday Dare; Federal Minister of Youth and Sports Development; and young Nigerians to discuss on ways to drive sustainable development through enhanced youth participation.

Hope our efforts and voice won’t be in vain, because the way our leaders are seeing us is totally hilarious. May God help Nigeria.
