Terraskills and Her Grateful GES Child (PACESETTERS)
Years past, a distinguished intellectual conceived a great idea and that idea was Terraskills Learning Systems Limited. He believed in his idea and chased it to its realization. The purpose of his idea is to build and reshape the minds of the younger generation intellectually and in capacity building as they are the future of the Nation.
He then realized that his idea was good and needed to be achieved faster so as to change the lives of many Nigerians. He spread his tentacles, connected and collaborated with friends whose talents were in sync with his ideas. They worked as a team and the power of the team work gave birth to a child GES program (Graduate Employability skills). The purpose of bearing this child is to equip her with the requisite 21st century knowledge and skills to enable her become smart, skilful, innovative and become the solution to making Nigeria a better place for all.
Terraskills (mother of GES) is so proud of her child that she devoted her time, energy and resources to making sure her child becomes whom she wants her to be through rigorous trainings. She believes in the training that she has given to her pioneer GES child, PACESETTERS as she hopes to bear more children using the training she gave her first child, as she is pleased with how she has grown to be.
Terraskills is confident to tell the world that her child is the best, as the unique traits of her child is seen by all. She trained her child on knowing herself and finding her purpose, identify problems and also proffering solutions to the problems that she identifies, how to Communicate effectively, she taught her child the importance of team work, negotiation and professionalism.
She inculcated in her child great work ethics, leadership skill, creative and innovative skill and most importantly the digital literacy skills and many others to mention but a few. She consistently checks the performances, growth and development of her child to make sure she is on right track.
Her training has made her child vast in knowledge and unique in all ramifications.
