On your marks to the Graduate Employability Skill (GES)

The Graduate Employability Skills training (GES) is a Terraskills initiative poised to solve the crippling unemployment crisis in Nigeria. GES program is a combination of 1-month intensive Employability Skills Training and 1-month internship with a reputable organization. The registration for GES program ended on the 11th of September, 2021.

Get Set for the Screening Exercise

After the closing of the registration, all applications will be sieved through by a team of experts to secure the right candidate. Thereafter, all applicants will undergo a virtual and oral interview to test their cognitive abilities. This will be followed by an inception workshop to have a one-on-one meeting with successful applicants.  This is to certify that all successful applicants will be able to attend the GES program at the stipulated date. Thereafter, the list of successful candidates will be published on all Terraskills platforms.

GO for Training and Internship

There will be a Grand Opening Ceremony and Dinner night to welcome successful applicants. The ceremony will be for stakeholders to network and interacts. The dinner night will also act as the opening ceremony for the Training. The 1- month in house training will kick start on the 31st of January 2022 . Thereafter, all trainees will undergo an internship program in a reputable organization for 1 month. This is to gain work experience and to exhibit lessons learnt from the 1-month inhouse training. The program will draw the curtains with a convocation and award ceremony.
