What Inspires me in my Workplace

What inspires me in my workplace will definitely be different from what inspires others. Life is far too short to be bored or miserable (or both) for such a large portion of the time you spend awake. You deserve to have a job that fulfils you, that taps into your passions, that brings you joy for the most part anyway. Putting up with a business or career you don’t love doesn’t serve you at all. It can negatively impact your physical, mental, and emotional health, and it’s also not so great for interpersonal relationship either.

Inspiration is a feeling of enthusiasm one get from someone or something, that gives them new and creative ideas.

So many things inspire me in my workplace and below are few among others that inspires me:

Job Role

When I was a child, I love orderliness because I was able to understand that the highest punishment you can give me is asking me to look for something without a proper direction.

My job role as an Administrative Officer inspires me a lot, it gives me joy to come to work to make sure that everything is in order and if there is one that is not as expected, I immediately call the attention of the Office Assistant.

Opportunity to Learn

My organization is a learning system and as well give their employees the opportunity to learn and grow. I can’t count the number of learning opportunity that has been given to me. It inspires me to wake up and go to work expecting a new opportunity.

Environment

My workplace environment is situated in a very serene environment. It always inspires me to know that I can go out to relate with like-minds and meet new friends and people at large.

Company Philosophy

As a human centered organization, my company’s policy for humanity inspires me a lot. They understand that their staff spend most of their time working for the growth of the organization and as such deploy a humanity policy to retain the most productive, creative as well as loyal employees. This humanity policy gives me energy to wake me in the morning and move to work.

Welfare Policy

My organizations love for their staff welfare inspire me a lot. They provide a conducive environment as well as availability of work tools to make work easy for everyone. They also provide beverages among others to support employees.
