Month 1- Foundations
You will be exposed to the core of Backend Development, beginning with Python
and Django to create dynamic solutions. You will also be mastering essential
skills in managing databases with SQL, develop APIs with Python & RESTful
for seamless software connections, learn how to secure applications with
authentication and authorization techniques, and explore the fundamentals of
deploying scalable solutions using cloud computing.
Month 2- Guided Project
The Inventory Management System is designed to help businesses efficiently
manage their inventory, track stock levels, and streamline order processing. This
project will utilize your skills in backend development with Python, specifically
focusing on creating a reliable, scalable, and secure system for managing
products, suppliers, and inventory movements. The system will be developed
using the Django framework, with emphasis on backend functionalities, database
management, and API creation.
Month 3- Capstone Project
In Month 3, you will be required to build a web-based Event Booking System.
This project will leverage your skills in backend development with Python,
focusing on creating a robust, scalable, and secure system for managing event
listings, user registrations, and booking processes. The system will be built using
the Django framework, incorporating essential backend functionalities, database
management, and API development.
This capstone project will provide hands-on experience in developing a real-
world application, solidifying your backend development skills with Python and
Django. By the end of this project, you will have a comprehensive understanding
of building, managing, and deploying a full-fledged event booking system,
preparing you for advanced roles in backend development.
