Module 1.3 – Designing & Managing Question Banks

• Question bank versioning and periodic review

Module 1.4 – Infrastructure & Test Environment Setup
Simulation

Set up a CBT hall for 20–50 participants, including:
• Network structure
• Candidate spacing
• Power backup flow
• Invigilation points

Day 2

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT & FULL CBT ADMINISTRATION

Day 3

ADVANCED OPERATIONS, RESULTS MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Module 3.1 – Full Mock Promotion CBT Session (Hands-On) Activities

Participants run a realistic promotion exam:
• Setup
• Test launch
• Live invigilation
• Closing exam
• Exporting results
Evaluation rubrics include accuracy, speed, compliance with protocol, and teamwork.

Module 3.2 – Results Analysis, Reporting & Promotion Documentation

• Participants rehearse a 10-minute results presentation.
• Feedback based on clarity, persuasion, data use, and objectivity.
• Rewrite poorly structured HR communication examples.
