The Terraskills Graduate Employability Skills (GES) Programme is a transformative 3-month capacity development initiative designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and workplace expectations. The programme equips graduates with the mindset, skillset, and toolset required to gain employment, excel in the workplace, or start a sustainable business.

GES Application
The GES Applicants goes through a Mandatory 3-State Selection Process:
Stage 1: Aptitude & Employability Screening Test
Tests:

Stage 2: Online Application Submission
Applicants submit:
- Personal statement.
- CV
- Motivation for joining GES.
Stage 3: Virtual/Physical Interview Screening
Only selected applications get invited.

Tution Fee
Application is free but shortlisted candidates are required to pay Tution Fee of N500,000 to cover the entire 3-months learning journey. However, Top Performing candidates from the assessment gets up to 60% discount.
Only candidates who score up to 70% are shortlisted for the programme:
- Scholarship A (60%) – Participants that scores 85%-100%
- Scholarship B (50%) – Participants that scores 70% – 84%
