Terraskills GES Empowerment Foundation is a not-for-profit organization equipping Nigerian graduates with the skills, exposure, and confidence to thrive in today’s workforce. Launched in 2024 to commemorate Terraskills’ 20th Anniversary, the Foundation builds on two decades of training excellence and youth development across Africa. Through fully sponsored training, structured internships, and continuous career support, we are shaping a generation of employable, empowered, and future-ready Nigerians.

THE PROBLEM

Nigeria has one of the largest youth populations in the world, with over 80 million young people aged 15 to 35. Each year, hundreds of thousands of graduates enter the workforce with certificates in hand but without the practical skills employers actually need.
