This theme reflects the dual focus on operational efficiency (Drivers) and administrative competence (Clerical Staff), while emphasizing professionalism, workplace safety, and compliance. This training also combines hands-on professional development with immersive cultural experiences, building competence, teamwork, and lasting memories.

Day 1

Orientation, Safety & Team Building

Morning – Welcome & Orientation

• Registration and welcome remarks by Terraskills & RGB Kigali
• Ice-breaking session: team introductions and interactive games
• Overview of 5-day programme and objectives

Mid-Morning – Workplace & Road Safety (Module 1)

• Defensive driving basics, vehicle checks, and accident prevention • Office safety, emergency procedures, and ergonomics
• Safety compliance with NERC policies

Afternoon – Professional Conduct & Ethics (Module 2)

Immersive Cultural & Historical Tour – Part 1

Full-Day Sightseeing in Kigali
