GES is not for everyone. Only candidates who demonstrate strong potential, discipline and career ambition progress to the final stage.
The GES Applicants goes through a Mandatory 3-State Selection Process:
Stage 1: Aptitude & Employability Screening Test
Tests:
- Logical reasoning
- Problem solving
- Communication
- Work readiness mindset
Stage 2: Online Application Submission
Applicants submit:
- Personal statement.
- CV
- Motivation for joining GES.
Stage 3: Virtual/Physical Interview Screening
Only selected applications get invited.

Tution Fee
Application is free but shortlisted candidates are required to pay Tution Fee of N500,000 to cover the entire 3-months learning journey. However, Top Performing candidates from the assessment gets up to 60% discount.
Only candidates who score up to 70% are shortlisted for the programme:
- Scholarship A (60%) – Participants that scores 85%-100%
- Scholarship B (50%) – Participants that scores 70% – 84%

How We Forge Work-Ready Professionals: Our 3-Month Immersive Model
Our unique hybrid training model combines intensive learning, real-world immersion, and professional mentorship to ensure graduates transition seamlessly into your workplace.
Month 1: Intensive Onsite Training
- Participants undergo full-time, face-to-face training with seasoned industry experts
- The curriculum focuses on building core employability, workplace ethics, leadership, innovation, and digital skills.
- We use a simulated workplace environment to instil discipline, professionalism, and adaptability from day one.
Month 2: Internship Placement + Weekly Learning
- Graduates are placed in reputable partner organizations like yours for an internship four days a week (Monday–Thursday)
- Every Friday, they return to the classroom to submit progress reports, engage in peer learning, and connect their practical internship experiences to theory
Month 3: Full Internship Experience
- Participants engage in a full-time internship at their host organization
- This final month consolidates their professional exposure and significantly improves their chances of being retained as a full-time employee. For those not absorbed, Terraskills facilitates recommendations to other employers in our network
